Met-Gün Group, a leading Turkish company, has secured a strategic foothold in Spain through its subsidiary, Luminous Renewable Energy. In collaboration with ISE Energy of the Spanish Gransolar Group, the entities have signed an EPC agreement for two groundbreaking photovoltaic projects. Located in Soria and Zaragoza, these initiatives will contribute 23 MWp of sustainable energy, enhancing Met-Gün's standing in the renewable energy market and solidifying its international influence.

🌍 Unveiling Details of the Zaragoza Project

The Zaragoza project is a technological marvel set to feature an 11.32 MWp capacity with 16,408 bifacial modules, each delivering 690 Wp. These modules, supplied by PVHardware from the Gransolar Group, will be integrated with single-axis solar tracking systems. This innovation aims to produce over 21,000 MWh annually, significantly bolstering energy efficiency and propelling advancements in the renewable energy sector, cementing its role as an industry leader.

🌍 Insights on the Soria Project

Both projects are ambitious, but the Soria venture is particularly remarkable:

1. Elaborate Technical Aspects

The Soria project showcases an installed capacity of 11.79 MWp through the use of 16,968 modules. Like its Zaragoza counterpart, it will employ single-axis solar tracking systems, forecasting an energy output of over 20,000 MWh each year. Together, these projects promise to deliver more than 41,000 MWh of electricity annually, representing a substantial contribution to green energy.

2. Strategic Growth Plans

Luminous Renewable Energy initiates these projects as part of its ambitious goal to achieve a 1 GW capacity in Spain within three years. By making these significant investments, the company aims to solidify its commanding presence in Spain's renewable energy market, thereby facilitating advances in renewable energy sources and scaling up production.
